  • 45 minute sessions at the studio 2x/week w/ Lauren; GGS-1 Women's Coaching Specialist:

  • Consultation and PAR-Q intake form to ensure a safe and personalized experience.

  • This form helps me understand your current health status, fitness level, and any special considerations to tailor the program to your needs.

All information shared in the PAR-Q is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely to enhance your safety and success in the program.
